Private Spa Events at Vive Artistic Nails & Spa

Celebrate life’s special moments in style. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, our spa provides a distinctive ambiance where relaxation and fun come together. From graduations and corporate functions to bridal parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and more, we create experiences as memorable as the occasion itself.

Sip and savor with light snacks and beverages from our curated bar menu, or personalize your celebration by bringing your own selections for a corkage fee of $15 per bottle. To ensure the best experience, we recommend reserving your private event at least one week in advance. Our dedicated group coordinator will take care of the details and tailor the experience to your requests, so you and your guests can simply relax and enjoy.

BOOKING PROTOCOL

How It Works:

Your group will be seated together in a designated area, where each guest will enjoy personalized services in a relaxed setting.

A small table can be arranged for display purposes if required. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, along with disposable plates, cutlery, and decorations. Please note that nothing may be attached to the walls.

Services may be billed individually for each guest upon request.

Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and water are available throughout your visit. For a more celebratory touch, wine by the glass or bottle, beer, champagne, cocktails, and mocktails may be purchased in advance or ordered at the salon during your service.

Securing Your Booking

To confirm a group reservation for three or more guests, a deposit of $20 per person is required. If the entire group cancels at least seven days prior to the scheduled booking, the full deposit will be refunded.

If you book a group of three or more guests online, a member of our team will call to confirm the details of your reservation and to arrange the deposit.

To begin, you may also call 403-727-9998 or email vivespanails@gmail.com with your preferred date, time, guest information, and the services you would like to book.

Once availability is confirmed, your reservation will be secured upon receipt of the deposit via e-transfer to danduy2208@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a complete event cancellation, kindly provide a minimum of 7 days' notice to receive a full deposit refund. If cancellation is within 2 days of the scheduled event, a 50% deposit refund will be processed.

  • To remove up to 2 clients from a group reservation, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee per client.

  • To ensure the confirmation of your scheduled appointment, please submit your deposit at least 7 days before the designated date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
